Jen Dunbar
Jen has been a personal trainer for 11 years and has been running Boot Camps at the Detroit Athletic Club for over 3 years. She has a teaching certification in Physical Education, a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology and certifications with the National Strength and Conditioning Association, NASM, Crossfit, and the International Youth Conditioning Association. A daily reader of the latest research in the field of human and movement sciences, she stays current with the trends in the industry as well as offering the tried and true strategies that have helped countless clients succeed with their fat loss and muscle building goals.
Jen also gets to test out a lot of her training methods on the girls she coaches. Her current teams include Birmingham Women's Lacrosse, University of Michigan Women's Lacrosse, and assistant coach of the Seaholm Girls Basketball team.
Chris Moigis
Chris has been in the business of training for over 9 years. During that time he pusued his graduate studies in Exercise Physiology, obtained his certifications as both as strength and conditioning specialist and certified persoanal trainer from the National Strength and Conditioning Association, mongst others. Over the last 9 years Chris has enjoyed training situations ranging from post- rehabilitative to high performance. Researching the latest techniques in bettering each client has develped him into a highl versatile and sought after professional in the industry.
Aside from training, Chirs has spent much of his free time coaching and training oarsmen/women. A former scholarship/pre-elite oarsman for 12 years, Chris has helped several athletes get into DI schools by analyzing, deconstructing each athletes' stroke, and rebuilding each atlete from a "core-out" perspective. Since retiring from rowing the drive required to succees in a power-endurance sport has been transferred into the elements of striving for new and creative ways to better his clientele, and make sure standards set forth by those clientele are never above his own.
